Friday February 10  Swim, eat and party!

19.00h     Pre-opening party: From 19.00pm you are welcome in the Marnix pool located at Marnixplein 1 in Amsterdam (see link).

Upstream Amsterdam offers a varied program to the Valentine participants. You can pre-register in the restaurant of the Marnix that evening. Here you can enjoy a drink and a snack. The healthy restaurant offers swimmers between 19.00 and 22.00 p.m. a main course for only 13,50 euro.
At 22.15 pm there is a spectacular performance by the Upstream girls!

From 20:00 there is the possibility to join half hour warm up sessions in the pool to prepare for the race the next day. The Upstream trainers have a designed a special program for this.The first warm up session starts at 20.00 p.m, the second at 20.30 pm and this continues until 21:30. So you have 4 options to swim.

In short, it will be a fantastic evening with pre-registration, warm-up swim sessions, dining, performance, drink and party...

Saturday February 11

13.00-18.00h      Valentine Tournament: The competition takes places on Saturday afternoon in the Sportfondsenbad Oost, Fronemanstraat in Amsterdam. Admission and registration (at the entrance of the pool) from 12.30h. The Upstream Synchro Team will give a splashing performance in the break.

19.30h    Dinner Party: In the evening, dinner will be served in restaurant 'Brasserie Schiller', Rembrandtplein 26, right in the centre of Amsterdam. Doors open at 19.30h, dinner will be served around 20.00h.
Our dj will play good dance music and halfway the evening there will be a smashing performance of a international trio with show, song and dance. The dinner party ends around midnight; for those wishing to continue, Amsterdam has many possibilities.

Sunday February 12

11.30h     Closing Brunch: The staff of 'Brasserie Schiller' will be ready to serve us a festive and tasty brunch to end this Valentine Tournament.
